Inspired by the cute and kawaii designs Korean and Japanese skin care products implement, I wanted to create products that implemented my illustrations.
The target market is women in their early 20s.
Skincare is important but many people don't have the time for a complicated routine. I settled on making an easy 3 step set of skincare featuring a facewash/cleanser, a serum and moisturising cream.
I opted for rounded fluid shapes to make the product feel less clinical and more feminine. The colour palette was selected for a romantic and girly tone.
Connecting the images to fruits gives the consumer an idea of what the product inside is like, and also adds an element of fun.
